Forty people from various congregations partcipitated in the First Lutheran Golf Outing on Saturday, August 4. The Outing is an annual fellowship and fund raising event for the Emergency Fund at First Lutheran. This is the 4th year for the outing at Prairie Creek Golf Course in Maquoketa and it just gets better every year! The event raised over $600 for the Emergency Fund. The funds are distributed locally as grocery & gas vouchers to families who have urgent need.
