Beginning Sunday, May 19, the regular Adult Education class at First will start a six week study series entitled “Opening the Book of Faith.” This series is part of a churchwide initiative to encourage all members of ELCA congregations to discover new insights for reading and understanding the Scriptures. The Book of Faith Initiative embraces a common vision in which all are invited to open scripture and join the conversation. Each community is encouraged to decide how the Book of Faith Initiative will become a vital part of its own ministry. Adult Bible Study is held each Sunday at 10:15 am in Room 214. All are welcome.
